We also discovered that some of the builders were willing to give discounts and incentives on some of their homes. They might have a community in the same general area as another but a specific model was thousands less than the others. This could happen for a variety of different reasons. For example the original buyer wasn’t able to close on their new home and it ended up back in the builders lap. This home has never been lived in. It is a brand new home but now the builder in that specific community has at least one to many of that particular model. Because of this, the builder is willing to sell the home for thousands less just to get it out of their lap quickly.” 

We saw the builder’s misfortune as an opportunity for our clients to get their dream home for thousands less than they would have had to otherwise pay.
